My wife & I just love your "you tube" videos. Cozumel has much more to offer than the mall when you get off of the ship. We rented a small 4 wheel jeep type vehicle and drove completely around the island. On the way we passed beautiful pristine beaches. We pulled off on the side of the road and took a dip in the crystal clear waters. We were the only ones on the beach. If your into snorkeling the corral reefs around Cozumel are amazing. One of the best in the world. We then continued on driving until we came to the Mayan ruins. There was a fee to explore them. The day was so hot we didn't go too far into the ruins. A short ride after that and we were back in the town were we rented the jeep. I would say the adventure took us a good 3 hour or more. Make sure you bring plenty to drink and mind the time you have to return to the ship.
