Alisa, My husband and I enjoy watching you and your hubby's travels, you guys are so much fun!
So, my question is, for a family of 3 (12 y/o boy), what do you recommend to do in Roatan, We saw your video with Roatan Fun Tours, but wondering if that would be good to go with a 12 year old. We are traveling on NCL Feb. 18-25 and Roatan is the first port. We were thinking of going with a ship excursion to Gumbalina and Tabyana. Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance. Looking forward to seeing more of EECC Travels adventures!

We were just here. on Oct 27, 2021. We bought 2 refillable drinks with 2 refills an plate of nachos. The only thing in English on receipt is the order Mastrcard, so we assumed the total was in another currency at $109.00 plus we gavr $15.00 tip = Total $124.00

I looked at my card statement. Oh NO! Charged $124.00 USD/ I have never had such an expensive drink and nachos. NEVER AGAIN TO EAT OR DRINK THERE!!!

My first and only cruise I went on was back in 2015 on Carnival Magic. One of the ports we went to was Mahogany Bay, and oh my gosh it was absolutely breathtaking! I adored this port. The beautiful flowers, wildlife, scenery, the crystal clear blue water, it was magical. I had an amazing time here. Hope to get to go back once cruising opens back up.

We absolutely loved our day in Honduras and are lucky to be going back in April to Roatan. I can't wait to explore more of this beautiful island!

Hi Alisa! I’m from Honduras and Bay Islands are a hidden gem in the Caribbean (and cheaper - I must add). Glad you and your family had a great time and hopefully you’ll go back and see the rest that Honduras has to offer , like the Mayan Ruins in Copan or the Río Plátano Biosphere Reserve in La Mosquitia to name a few.
