CRUISE LIFE: Carnival Freedom – Day 3: Part 1 – Shopping in Cozumel & Playing on the Slide – March/April 2016

We had a great day in Cozumel!  We decided not to do an excursion in this port but to take it easy and do a little shopping.  Tip: when you get into the cruise port there are lots of shops right there at your fingertips, but if you want the really good shopping deals, walk out of the port, cross the street and take a left and down about two blocks are these little grass hut looking buildings that are our favorite place to go!  All locals and the prices are much better and negotiable!  So, our camera battery died after our shopping adventure…

We head back on board for some lunch on the ship and some slide time!  When the ship is in port most people are in port, so the slide and pools are near empty!  We had a great time with numerous trips down the twisty slide and just sitting pool side.
